International Shipping:

  • We do offer international shipping to certain countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international shipments and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method.
  • For orders over a certain amount, we may offer free standard shipping as a promotional offer.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that order processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or during special promotions.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you via email with updated information.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment’s progress. You can track your order status via the courier’s website or by logging into your ProViewNito.net account.

4. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before the cutoff time).

International Orders:

  • Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. On average, international orders may take between 7–21 business days.

Please note that these delivery time estimates are based on business days and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including delays by the shipping carrier or customs processing.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain shipping methods)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain international locations where shipping regulations or restrictions apply

6. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, please note the following:

Missing or Lost Items:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information to follow the delivery status. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or courier service as they may have more information about the delivery.

  • If your order has not been delivered after the expected delivery date and there is no tracking update, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in locating the package.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@proviewnito.net. We will do our best to update your shipping details before your order is shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the address.
